Co-Founder/Director of Pathways
A multi-hyphenate creative with experience from BD to Advertising in multiple industries, she takes on the role of helping artists create their personal brand strategy.
She is also working on the CTS artistry mentorship programme for Summer 2026.

Director of Live Experiences
“Community over competition” - that is a core value which Gabby lives by. Her knack for curating bespoke and cultural events is a testament to this way of thinking.
With professional experience in running mid to large size events including film premieres and influencer activations, Gabby heads up the events branch of CTS, combining her expertise in events coordination with her genuine love of bringing people together.

With a background in interior and product design, Tzi handles the creative agendas of our team. She works on rebrands for creatives within the community to help them find their voice.
